How we wash your bins?

Green Cleen will arrive the same day that your bins get emptied once every 4 weeks. We will clean your bins inside and out to the highest industry standards before spraying them with our deodoriser to leave a pleasant fragrance. Your bins will then be returned to your property and you will receive a customer receipt. We appreciate that some of you will not be at home so there are a variety of payment options available to you including cash on the day, cheque, direct debit, BACS transfer or debit or credit card payment. If you pay for the service in advance you will receive some special offer discounts. All special offers and payment methods are explained by your area operator who will allocate you with a unique customer reference number.

Method Statement

Our bespoke bin washing machines comply with all DEFRA and Environment Agency guidelines and are NAWBW, Safecontractor, CLENSA and CE approved. Our specialist equipment use hydraulics to lift the bins to an initial filter and have both hand lance and fixed wash heads to clean the bins whilst collecting all of the water used within a water catcher avoiding polluted water reaching the storm drain system. The water is then recycled and filtered and a biodegradable cleaning product is used to assist the water cleansing and the washing of the bins after which a deodoriser is applied to leave a pleasant fragrance. All Green Cleen Operators have public liability insurance, a waste carriers license and legal consent to dispose of the waste water.
